Adequate Representation in Governance to Backward Class of Citizens (SC, ST& OBC) by & Appointments and Promotions as a Fundamental Right- Appropriate corrections sought in the 117th Amendment to the Constitution- Reg.

The Circular about Dharna programme on the issue of Resevations in Promotions and the representation to be submitted. Kindly note the following guidelines in this regard: 1. Dharnas before District Collectorates and other places shall be conducted simultaneously throughout India on 8th November 2012. 2. Representation addressed to the Prime Minister  to be submitted through the District Collector is attached herewith. 3. Press meets to popularize the issue are to be conducted before the date of Dharna. 4. Under the overall coordination of Mulnivasi Sangh, like-minded Organizations/Associations can join the Dharnas. 5. Hand Bills/Pamphlets and posters are to be printed for distribution. 6. Appropriate Slogans, Captions and Cartoons on the issue are to be prepared. (Any suggestions in this regard can be sent to the Central Office which shall be circulated after consideration.) 7. Placards and Banners are to be prepared for display. 8. Wall painting should be done.
